These Terms govern your use of the website africaafya.co.ke and the AfyaRad teleradiology platform operated by Africa Afya Healthcare Limited ("we", "us", "our"), Nairobi, Kenya.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or using AfyaRad, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We develop and operate AfyaRad, an AI-powered teleradiology reporting platform for licensed radiologists and hospitals.

3. User Accounts

Accounts may be created by:

• Individual radiologists (self-registration)
• Hospital administrators (on behalf of their radiologists)

All users must be licensed medical professionals. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Subscription & Payment

Full access requires an active paid subscription after the trial period.

All payments are securely processed through PesaPal (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer). Fees are in Kenyan Shillings. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

AfyaRad software, AI models, design, and branding are owned exclusively by Africa Afya Healthcare Limited.

6. Limitation of Liability

AfyaRad assists — but does not replace — professional medical judgment. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform.

7. Privacy

Use of AfyaRad is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or regulatory violation.

9. Governing Law

Kenyan law applies. Disputes resolved in Nairobi courts.
